About NSLC

Mission: Restoration

Submerged in Culture, Anchored in Christ

Christians are called to engage with the world as Jesus did and somehow keep up with the shifting dynamics of our culture. It can be difficult to remain grounded, yet spread the gospel and reach out to our ever-changing society.

NSLC 2013 will challenge leaders to better define the relationship of Christianity and culture. This conference will bring together qualified presenters for a time of learning and growing together, as students from around the nation join our Mission: Restoration. How can we become restorers of our beautiful world, using grace and love to minister redemptive truth?

History of NSLC

NSLC was founded in 1982 by the Taylor University Student Organization and Office of Student Programs. The NSLC is the first student leadership conference formed and run entirely by students and its long tradition has challenged thousands of students all across the nation. Every year hundreds of students gather to learn from nationally known leaders as they encourage the attendees to grow in their leadership skills.
